Sometimes commissions can take you out of your comfort zone which can only be a good thing. This seascape was a real challenge in many way including its sheer size, at almost 2 and a half meters long. A two person job just to lift it! 😅 I’m so happy the client sent me a photo of it framed and hanging.

My solo exhibition the`Salt Line’ at the Green Door Gallery, Brussels has come to a close. What a wonderful month it’s been! I would like to take this opportunity to say a very big THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to visit and a heartfelt thank you to those lovely people who purchased a piece of original Irish art. I would also like to say thanks to all the wonderful workshop participants, I hope you enjoyed the experience as much as I did. And last but not least I would like to thank Helen Tyrrell at the Green Door Gallery for her true professionalism. She made a mammoth task appear easy, and more importantly, fun! Slán go fóill.
